The powers that be at Telkom Orange,
You have really began to suck. Much like Safaricom. I don’t know what the problem is but today, you got to my last nerves. I can’t access the portal for Internet and you charged me for calls between 10 a.m and 5 p.m. even though I am subscribed to that tarriff where calls are free between this time. And when I called customer service, I had to endure that silly woman who does the prompts in the fake accent and a customer service guy who seemed irritated that I had called in. WHAT IS UP WITH THAT?
With the way we have so much choice in Kenya right now, I would advise you to STEP IT UP! You have one week before I buy an Airtel modem!
