So I called customer service [Safaricom] – Thanks Gish for the number……… and spoke to one Naomi who was far from helpful….
She tells me, “When you click menu, you should see tools”… I tell her “When I click menu, I dont see the option for tools………” I wachanad with her stories, let her ramble on [...]

So how does one get in touch with Safaricom customer service?Calling them on 100 does not work. I have tried… even at 5.30 in the morning… the number is busy. I have been given two numbers to text to, NOTHING…Anybody, HELP!
